We have done a list of answers to frequently asked questions of our customers
Reservations
Once the reservation is done we will get in touch with you in order to confirm that your personal details are correct and confirm your reservation, after that the payment method will be explained in order to pay the 50% of the total stay price. The rest will be paid when arriving once the keys will be delivered.
Deposit
There is a deposit of 100€ in cash on arrival, this will be returned in departure after reviewing the apartment.
Cancellations
Up to 10 days before arrival, 100% of the amount of the deposit minus bank charges will be returned.
In the event of cancellation due to justified reasons of force majeure, the possibility of changing dates is offered, always depending on the availability of the accommodation and with a maximum period of 6 months.
Reservation cancellations between 10 and 2 days before arrival will not be refundable.
Where to leave the car
It is forbidden to park the car inside the village, the car needs to be parked in the parking lot in the entry of the village. If entering the village with the car is needed, you can ask for the access card to the apartment’s owner. The tourist office offers a discount by taking the bill for the stay to one of our apartments.
Where to eat?
Make the most of your stay and enjoy some breakfast, lunch or snack in Forn de l’Era.
You will be able to savour our handicraft products, all hand-made and baked in wood oven.
Also, you can taste inlay and cheeses from the area pairing them with good wines, hot chocolate or coffee.
